The Tamer class has one of the most unique play styles in Black Desert. At level 20 you are able to summon your pet “heilang” who will aid you in combat. Once you reach level 49 another skill becomes available which allows you to ride your pet as a mount and attack whilst riding it.
- In the beloved game called Black desert Online there's a cute little class called Tamer. Tamer is one of the 6 classes available, before mediah. Tamer specialises in close combat fighting as well as with her short sword, the tamer also has a companion named Heilang which is the “core” of most of your skills, it either affects you or the beast.
- To a great extent, this class relies on the summon that reinforces you in battle. Tamer relies on dodging and attack, which automatically precludes her from being a tank. However, with progress in dodging, Tamer is perfect against large groups of enemies, thanks to her AoE skills.
- The most popular armor choice for Tamer is the Grunil set. It increases your maximum HP and will give you 2 socket slots on each piece, along with extra AP if you have the full set. Another advantage of using this set is that it is viable on any class, allowing you to swap to another class easily.
- Tamer succession can be unlocked after level 56 after speaking to the Black Spirit and completing the Succession quest under the suggestions tab. This will give you a totally seperate skill tree that enhances your main hand skills and only has a few awakening skills.
