Is sekirei a harem?

Mikogami Hayato (御子上 隼人), aka Ashikabi of the South, is the Ashikabi controlling the southern part of the city. He is 15 years old, and has been shown to have no tolerance for failure. In his first appearance he seemed very cruel only caring about "winging" Kusano and calling Yomi useless.

When she saw the honest feelings of Minato and his Sekirei about Uzume's death, she was suddenly forced to make her move and give up neutrality in the Sekirei Plan, so she revealed her identity to Minato and the others, calling herself a being neither human nor Sekirei but more like a goddess.

Minato and Kushina were a couple from the time that he rescued her, and with his love, Kushina was able to keep the Nine-Tails sealed within her at bay. They eventually married. From observing a Tailed Beast Ball, Minato began a three-year process of creating the Rasengan, the height of shape transformation.

There are 18 Volumes of Sekirei Manga making up 187 chapters plus I, II, & III introductory chapters and 15 "Extra" side stories.

It is later revealed that Hiroto Minaka, MBI's director and CEO, is Minato's natural father. Minato has "winged" six Sekirei, each of whom physically reacted to him prior to winging, with the first five choosing him as their Ashikabi.

A video game for PlayStation 2 entitled Sekirei: Gifts from the Future (セキレイ ～未来からのおくりもの～, Sekirei ~Mirai kara no Okurimono~) was released on October 29, 2009 by Alchemist in limited and regular editions.

Earth of my pledge, spread to protect the territory of my Ashikabi! Mutsu (陸奥 Mutsu) is one of the few male Sekirei of the series.

As I mentioned, the series is filled with excessive fan service and there's nudity aplenty that certainly earns this series it MA rating.Jan 26, 2011
