The war for the dawn is a prophesied conflict. It is said that the coming war will be a war for life itself. The war for the dawn will be fought by humanity (and possibly the old races, such as the children of the forest) against the Others, and according to some characters, the Great Other.
The Battle of Winterfell is the final battle of the Great War between an alliance of living armies, including the forces of the Starks, Arryns, and Targaryens, against the Army of the Dead led by the White Walkers. We first heard Relic had considered Dawn of War 3's future late in 2017, but today Relic, via publisher Sega, issued Eurogamer a statement addressing the issue. The statement, below, is ambiguous in that it suggests Relic is still working out Dawn of War's future, but we understand there are no plans for new content.Feb 8, 2018
Zulu Dawn is a prequel to Zulu, released in 1964, which depicts the historical Battle of Rorke's Drift later the same day, and which was co-written and directed by Cy Endfield.
